Our kids are ready to get outside and play. The snow is melting due to warmer weather and rain. I thought all of the snow would have melted a week ago, but it's still here. Can't wait for the snow to melt and the mud puddles to dry up. The messiness outside hasn't slowed the kids down at all. As soon as they get in the car after school they're already talking about what they're going to be doing outside. Joseph follows the big kids around wherever they go. Last week Luke rode his bike through a huge muddy mess and proceeded to get stuck so he had to of course step in the puddle to get himself, and his bike out. Joseph ran behind him, tripped and face-planted in the puddle. That was the end of outside play time and time for every thing to be thrown in the washer. Anna on the other hand was sitting on the wet driveway writing with chalk that had gotten wet, so she was chalk from head to toe. I really shouldn't complain because it's nice to see them outside enjoying 'kid' activities. They are wash and wear kids for sure!
