It's 50's Day

Anna and Deb
Dancing the jitter bug
The sock hop
Synchronized hand-jiving for kindergartener's
Lollipop, lollipop, oh lolly, lolly pop.

Thursday was Anna and Luke's 50th day of school and to celebrate that milestone Anna's kindergarten class had a 50's party. The morning was jam-packed with bubble gum blowing contests, trivia about the 50's, root beer floats, a sock hop and a hula hooping contest.

Well, you'll never guess who won the hula-hooping contest.....it's our little wiggle worm Anna. I have video tape of it and will try to upload it to this post. The funny thing is that Eric and I knew that Anna could hula hoop, but we didn't know she could do it longer than 99 other kindergarten kids. She looked like a natural out there. Way to go Anna!!
