This is one of the few minutes Joseph was by the shallow water.

We got together this past weekend with a couple of other families from our area at our local waterpark. One family will hopefully bring their little girl, who is three, home in December and the other family brought their four year old little boy home a couple of years ago.

We made a weekend out of it, thanks to a gift certificate from our accountant, and the entire family enjoyed some much needed time away to just play around as a family.

Going into the trip we weren't sure how Joseph would do around the water but soon found out that he didn't care for the zero depth pool nearly as much as he liked the two enormous water slides. He would ride down the slide on someone's lap and honestly looked as he had just won the lottery when he got to the bottom. The kids said he would say, "WHEE" the entire ride down.
