Joseph is changing sizes

Whenever someone meets Joseph the first thing usually out of their mouths is, 'he's so much smaller in real life than he appears in his photos'. Well, yes he is. He has been in 18 month pants and shirts since we've known him and I swear he has the smallest waist and bottom around. Even 18 month pants need to be rolled at the top and 12 month would probably fit better.

Well the good news is top half of his body is growing. I know this because shirts are fitting better if they're 18-24 months, or even just 24 months. I think they fit better in the arm length and they also cover up his pumpkin belly. We go back to the doctor soon and I'll be interested to see how much he has indeed grown.

He may be small but he is stronger than an ox. Luke cut the sides off a box and the kids were all playing in it last night. It started with Luke pulling Joseph and Anna around the room in it and then Joseph actually pulled Luke and Anna together. Yes, he honestly pulled them. I couldn't believe it. Eric and I knew he's strong because he is hard to contain when he's angry and wants to get away from us. Strong boys come in small packages I guess.

His strength will serve him well in life I'm sure.
