Could the rumors be true??

I just read on one of my blogsites that 2 US and 1 European agency have confirmed that the courts will STAY OPEN during the rainy season this year instead of closing.

If this rumor is true it could help many adoptions finalize in Ethiopia, including ours, sooner than we thought.

After hearing via phone and then email yesterday from our agency that the Ministry of Women's Affairs (MOWA) is closed until July 22nd, we thought that we'd be looking at an October court date. Now, if the rumor is true, we could get a date anytime. WOO HOO. I really don't like rumors, and more times than not, they turn out to be untrue, but if this one is correct, I'll be doing the whoopie dance.
